Crispy Cumin Tortilla Strips

These are super easy and great on soups or salads!


1 TB Olive Oil 

1 tsp Kosher Salt

1 1/2 tsp Cumin

1/2 tsp Chili Powder (*optional)

10 Tortillas


  1.  Heat oven to 375˚
  2. Stack about 10 tortillas and cut them into strips (about 1/4 thick or whatever you length and width preferred)
  3. Put strips into a large bowl and mix with olive oil, salt, cumin, and chili powder (if using)
  4. Arrange in a single layer on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until light brown, about 15 minutes.


To make these spicy, add more chili powder!
