I LOVE Fall foods. Below I am sharing some recipes that I am cooking and loving lately!
If you have picky eaters and are doubtful that they will like some of these foods, I strongly urge you to go for it anyway!!

Full of flavor and perfect for fall!
I used toasted pumpkin seeds as a topping (from Apple Kale salad below)
I didn’t use pomegranate seeds
The pumpkin seeds are AMAZING! You can eat these by themselves or in soups!
I added some herbed goat cheese to our salad. It was delicious!
The poppy seed dressing may seem different, but I LOVED it! You can always serve the dressing on the side if you’re not sure!
You can switch out or leave out the veggies you prefer!
This pasta is SUPER fast and easy!
This soup is delicious! I always add a little extra curry powder to my bowl!
The toppings really complete the flavors!
I always double this recipe for my family so we can have leftovers
I use a food processor to shred the Brussels sprouts
I always make extra bacon and double the dressing.
This is a perfect holiday side! Everyone LOVES it!
