I have been experimenting and searching for recipes for fun snacks/treats that are easy, tasty, healthier, and made with natural ingredients. I love any kind of nut butter with chocolate. Is there any better combination? I don’t think so. Recently I tried a SUPER, SUPER, SUPER easy recipe by Pinch of Yum food blog for Almond Butter Cups. You can totally use peanut butter in place of almond butter (peanut butter pictured below). These can be made in under 10 minutes and I dare you to try and wait the full hour for them to be firm. I decided to use the mini-muffin tin with mini-muffin paper cups to make them bite-size as they are a bit rich but SOOO good. This is perfect for the kids to make especially with summer coming!
Another fun snack from Pinch of Yum I tried was Vegan Carrot Cake Bites.
These were so good, easy, and can be eaten at any time of the day. Going on a road trip? These are perfect snacks for the car or travel!
