HOW IT WORKS
1. BOOK YOUR DATE/TIME
1-4 people prepping 4 family meals for ~2.5 hours in the comfort of your own home.
2. COMPLETE QUESTIONNAIRE
Each participant will fill out a questionnaire so that I can best serve your needs with the flexibility to sub ingredients if needed.
3. MEAL PREP
I will bring ALL food, kitchen tools, to-go containers, and fun snacks/drinks. You just show up and leave with 4 delicious prepped meals!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How much does a meal prep cost?
A: The average total cost will vary due to the changing menu, but the average TOTAL cost for 4 full delicious meals for a family of 4-6 (usually with leftovers) covering all groceries, supplies, set-up, clean-up, and my personal service fee will be around $200-250.
Q: Where will the meal prep take place?
A: I will come to your kitchen and you have the option to have your own private meal prep with your friends, a 1 on 1 meal prep, or open it to the public (this is fun to meet new friends!)
Q: What do I need to bring to the Meal Prep?
A: The only item needed will be a medium/large cooler to take your food home in. I will provide ice for your cooler
Q: Are we required to wear masks at the meal prep?
A: Masks are not required but encouraged if you or loved ones have an increased health risk with contracting COVID. If you have any concerns, we can definitely address them as It is my priority for everyone to feel safe during the meal prep event.
Q: Will we be “cooking” any of the meals?
A: No, we will only be “prepping” meals for you to cook at your own home
Q: Do I have to have good cooking/prepping skills in the kitchen?
A: No! All levels are gladly welcome and I am available to help guide you and teach whatever skills you need!
Q: Do I have to prep for all 4 meals?
A: No! You can choose whatever meals on the menu that you would like to prep for!
Q: What if I have picky eaters in my family that won’t eat some of the meals?
A: That’s ok! We can come up with a plan that works for your family. One of the best parts of doing the meal preps is that I have seen picky eaters actually try and eat things they normally wouldn’t and like it! So, I am confident we can find something that works for you!
Q: What if I have a restrictive diet or food allergies?
A: I am not a registered dietician, however, I can most definitely work with you to switch out ingredients as necessary (with your approval). Multiple people that have attended the meal preps have food aversions/allergies.
