Meal prep events will be for 2-4 people (in Houston, TX) and will include: a delicious meal plan with 4-5 meals, flexibility to change out ingredients as needed, ALL groceries/supplies included for meals, all kitchen equipment included to prep, personalized instruction, and availability to answer any questions during and after the event, and best of all NO clean-up!
